Response and Removal Timeline

We commit to:

  • Review all requests within 48 business hours of receipt.
  • Proceed with content removal within 24 hours after confirming rights ownership.
  • Send email confirmation when removal is completed.
Note: In urgent cases or requests from major rights holders, we may proceed with immediate removal, even before complete documentation verification.
