Chopper Command
Chopper Command is a game produced by Activision for the Atari 2600 released in June 1982. In it, the player controls a helicopter that must protect a convoy of trucks from attacks by enemy helicopters and planes.
Chopper Command is a response to Defender, released by Activision, where the player controls a helicopter that must defend truck convoys on the ground. Your goal is to destroy all enemy vehicles without them destroying the trucks you protect or your helicopter. As the levels advance, the game increases significantly in difficulty, with faster and more accurate enemies. After its release, if the player managed to accumulate 10,000 points, Activision would reward them with a special patch.
