Frogger
Cosmic Ark is a game designed by Rob Fulop for the Atari 2600 and published by Imagic in 1982. It is considered a pseudo-sequel to Imagic's hit "Demon Attack" (1982) because the player's ship from Demon Attack is seen docking into the massive Ark mothership at the beginning of the game.
The objective of Cosmic Ark is to gather specimens from different planets to store in the cosmic ark. The game has two phases: a space combat phase where the player defends the ark from meteors using turret fire, and a planetary phase where the player deploys a small shuttle to beam up creatures (two per level) from a planet's surface while avoiding defense lasers. If the shuttle is destroyed or time runs out before gathering the creatures, the player loses a life.
