Pressure Cooker
Pressure Cooker was a creative and interesting action game for the Atari 2600, unique in the genre for dealing exclusively with the daily life of a busy cook - a theme rarely explored in a video game. In Pressure Cooker, the player had to take care, alone, of a small food factory, combining the right ingredients to prepare dozens of sandwiches, and delivering them to the packers according to the order. The order chart was always shown at the bottom of the screen, and it was up to the player to think fast and have game vision so as not to let the sandwiches fall off the conveyor belt, or get the recipe wrong. Otherwise, the sandwich had to be thrown away.
